Vivos DNA appliance, Homeoblock appliance. And no I don't see how invisalign can make the palate wider. Extractions are a looksmin. ALWAYS expand the palate and dental arch to try keep your teeth. Get an ortho that creates space and realigns the teeth rather than cucking your smile with extraction/retraction. Even for crowding, extraction isn't good.
if you have a wisdom tooth that is already impacted there is not a lot that can be done a part from extraction

i have an appointment with an ortho for braces on only upper teeth(keeping my jaw), but i might get crowding because of wisdom teeth not erupted yet so i want to convince him to palate expand first@AutisticBeaner @Seth Walsh skeletal anchorage device can be used to upright it, thing is how do you convince an ortho to do this prior to usage of braces rather than following when it is clear there is already an impaction?

hey, sorry for the late reply, but should I do ceramic braces on upper teeth only( he says lower dont need) to fix diastema. My other dentist warned me and tried to convince me to take out my wisdom teeth, but I refused. This guy is reputable and even though i asked for invisalign(which is 3x the prices) he said he cant control invisalign and doesnt recomend it(so not after money). Should I do it? Will I notice chances? he says he will pull my upper teeth just slighty(he said almost no difference) to fix the gap
