I think I have short face syndrome, is bimax or trimax needed in that case, also rhino and lower eyelid retraction I think would help, who knows more about what surgery I need please help

eh idk u could get but u are not gonna ascend like those famous patient u saw on this forum since ur lower third isnt that short but thats just my opinion visit a max surgeon and see with him

I don't know yet I've heard before bimax with ccw rotation is needed for that but I have to consult it with professional, I am not sure what exactly needs to be done on me without someone competent looking at my CT scans
