Upto 16 cm is possible (6 ¼") like this guy http://www.limblengtheningforum.com/index.php?topic=64498.155 page 6 (5'4.5 to 5'11) In a safer way of course, this guy did it in a terrible method. Dr. Paley's rebreaking one is safe. How do you think his proportions look?
