I don't think they believe they are entitled to sex.
Many are just confused due to extreme bluepill upbringing which led them to believe their parents, who told them you just need to be a nice caring guy and girls will fall into your lap.
When they go into the real world and the misogynistic 6'4 college football captain who treats women like garbage fucks 15 of his classmates while he gets laughed at, they become enraged because they realize they were lied to.
Not all of these guys are butt-ugly or have bases that are beyond redemption for looksmaxing.
They are just mentally fucked from an awful upgbringing by naïve stupid parents, especially moms.
Keep in mind many of these guys are ex. white knights. They have gone to extreme lengths to kiss up and pander to girls in the real world, online etc. and yet remain virgins.
What you are seeing is these guys becoming disillusioned and angry when they realize how much more looks matter in getting sex, than being a "nice guy", since most of these guys are pretty average to below average looking.
