That depends on where you’re at right now. If you’re not on the brink of psychosis, you can just chill.

If they ask, you could just larp taking your pills. If you think that’ll be a negative thing to bring up with them (probably will). But if you show them you’re doing fine, there's no reason to hospitalize.

they day im psycotic antisocial and ADHD but I'm lucid and calm not crazy like when I was hospitalized , I can't understand if I'm obliged to take the drugs because my parents will force me and tell them if I don't take them

Well, do the pills make you feel bad? I know people often feel like zombies off antidepressants and antipsychotics. But they could be beneficial (I’m not you, though), especially if you are prone to psychosis.

You could just try to hide it from your parents… And maybe just talk to your parents about how shit the hospital is.
