Listening to music doesn't fill me with joy anymore. I burnt my dopamine receptors.

What I started doing now is listening to 2 songs at the same time. One on my computer and the other on my phone.

Just to feel smt yk

honestly lowkey can relate.

Short form content truly fucked our brains over need to keep switching each song every few 30 seconds or so

I listen to music while I study, while I shower, while I play video games, while I walk... I have to prevent a thought from appearing
How do you discover new music? I can't listen to any of my old music because it brings up too many memorys that I need to keep at bay. And any new music I try sounds like slop and gets on my nerves immediately and I need to stop it.

Well I simply play randomly generated youtube playlists.

The other day I heard a completely new song which is hardstuck in my brain. Its completely my thing and somehow I haven't heard it until 3 days ago.
