In Ontario, there's this thing called OSAP, where you apply and get loans and grants for your education depending on your parents' income. Some people get lots some people get smaller amounts. I get an eh amount of it, last year I had like 2-3k left over, what I was referring to

Yep, if I've learned anything it's that getting fired is always a blessing. And shit in this job/labor market, getting fired is the best thing that could have happened to you. Your next job will pay more and be better in every way, I guarantee it.
