I exclusively wear shoes (mostly boots) with 1”+ rise. I constantly ensure perfect posture and sometimes rest on one leg to maximize resting height. I’m 5’11 (181 cm) in the morning and realistically 5’10.75” throughout the day. I live in a state where that is about the average height for young men.
The lite frauding working comes down to being called “pretty tall” regularly. When I tell people I’m 5’10 they often think I am lying to them. It sort of evens the playing field for me IMO. Going from about average to top maybe 30% lets the face and physique (what I actually have significantly above average) do more work.
Should I add the insoles and really fraud to the max? I feel like doing it too hard is sort of cheating.
