this is genuinely good advice, not because of the muscle itself but because the only way to escape misery is moving forward. no matter the direction, you gotta create a plan and keep moving forward. if becoming muscular is your thing, put your life in it and when you achieve it go and move forward to the next thing.

I have friends but i don’t even like them. I just hang out with them here and there, just to stay social. Most of them are literally NPC‘s and you have to pretend to be an NPC as well just to fit in. It’s annoying, but on the other hand being all alone wothout human contact is bad as well
