Yeah bro what should I get? Current plan is a modified LeFort 2, infras, supras, jaw and zygo implants with obo and tripod osteotomy. Do I need something more or is it over? I'm planning to get all of those in 10 years, who should I consult in 10 years?

It's the first time ever in my life when I flew to another country to get surgery and this shit was so stressful, I'm glad I got it done and leaving tommorow.

It depends what you need, my biggest strong point is my jaw and zygos, I have overall good bones and good lower jaw forward growth, I lacked fat pads (just got pexy and fat grafting) and my maxilla is a bit below average. Got buccal fat removal a year ago.

My surgeries take like 20k something total, 10k I've already spent, so it's not so unrealistic for me. But I've worked my ass off.

My side looks amazing right now after the fat grafting, I pray to jesus, gandy and barret that lots of the fat survives.

Yeah if I needed implants I'd need way more money.

I’m trying to get some cope fat grafting and lip lift etc, minor affordable pussy shit, squeezed into holiday breaks and done at clinics just a few minutes from my house over the years just to satisfy my own neuroticism for the worst feasibly fixable failos I have

And even then I’m trying to not walk into an OR until I can afford revisions 2x over AND still have an EF and maintain investing…

And yeah, if you need a shit ton of procedures, you need a shit ton of money, and that is revisions excluded. I'm living with my parents and have a good paying job.
