Well, ur lucky u need 2/3 different surgeries to ascend . I would just fix the eye area and nose. Lips look fine, yes, the upper lip is slightly off but its not that deep. Fixing nose would make ur lips look wider which is better in your case. Its like u get 2 good things, better nose and wider lips look.
