Mouth breathing genuinely fucks a person permanently, Imagine all the surgeries he would need to reverse all of that.
Mouth breathing makes everything go downward including eyes more vertically tall and NCT. Brutal

I thought mouthbreathing/mewing doesnt change bone after 16. How come it changed the face then, Im 60% sure the 21 yr photo is just lens distortion + higher bf %

Bone remodeling happens throughout your whole life, only at a much slower rate in adulthood. But don't expect to see any significant changes after a few years. Stephen Hawking is a prime example of a collapsed splanchnocranium due to lack of tongue support for decades.
