Indians are usually raised beaten or screamed at, most of the time simultaneously through out their lives. They also don't have the independent culture that most other ethnicities have, many such cases of Indians being in their 20s or even 30s and still living with their parents

It breeds this Stockholm syndrome combined with this almost idol like worship of anyone in a higher deemed social hierarchy. In this way we tend to worship people like doctors, top students etc.
