My psychiatrist wants me to take it because she thinks i have Bipolar disorder but i don’t think i do I just happen to have extreme moods

I don’t really use this forum in a bad way i barely get on and i only get on to brag or give good information and since it doesn’t really seem to affect me irl i don’t see the need to quit
