Im on ghrp2 and cjc 1295ND 500mcg daily of both was on them in first pic aswell, lower doses though(250mcg each daily)

it is tough to tell what actually caused the change since you doubled your peptide doses while doing bs. stick with your current routine for a bit before adding anything new.

imo the biggest thing i'm noticing is asymmetry, especially your chin/mandible, is that something you're looking to address, and do you know the underlying issue as to why you're asymmetrical?
