and swimming is a better form of cardio then running

Yeah but swimming is not effective as it has a higher barrier to entry, and less chicks do swimming running providesa platform to meet chicks l;ike run clobs and also high end running shoes fraudmax so well and anyone can fuckingrun, also chicks love when you post a strava run or marathon on instgram, also test fucks with hormones and stupid nigger teens dont really understand the ascience behind peds like taking ais and ais are more likely to be shit
