Petyr Baelish (Littlefinger, the top G of the franchise)
1 - In the show, when he brings Sansa to the eyrie undercover, he tells everyone she's his niece. (despite the fact he doesn't have any siblings and if he did, any nephews and nieces would be accounted for since they're nobles, he can't just make one up out of thin air)
In the books, he introduces her as his bastard daughter who'd been living with her mother until that moment, but with her mother's recent death, she's now come to live with him. Makes much more sense and it's untraceable since no one keeps track of random lowborn bastards. Also, unlike the show he didn't tell anyone about her true identity.
Sansa Stark:
2 - When he killed Lysa, in the show he was going to be lynched until Sansa lied to saved him. (he had no plan and was probably going to die without her help)
Littlefinger from the books already planned everything, he had an alibi and a prepared scapegoat who he got to confess. He wasn't going to rely on a 13 year old girl to save his life lol. (Sansa is younger in the books
3 - In the show, Littlefinger married Sansa off to Ramsay Snow who was a known sadistic nutcase to apparent to self-gain at all.
Ramsay is an ugly young man, even when dressed finely. He is big boned and slope shouldered, with a fleshiness indicating he will be fat later in life. Ramsay's skin is pink and blotchy, his nose broad, his hair long and dark and dry. Although his mouth is small, Ramsay's lips are wide and meaty, wormy looking, and he smiles a wet-lipped smile. His distinctive eyes resemble Roose's - small, close-set, and oddly pale, like two chips of dirty ice.
Ramsay is a sadist; he is cruel, savage and wild, taking delight in torturing others. He is quite fond of the old House Bolton custom of flaying their enemies alive.
In the books, Littlefinger is marrying her off to the heir of the Vale after Robin's death. Robin is sickly boy who won't last much longer and the man she is going to marry is known as Harry the Heir because everyone expects him to inherit the title of lord of the vale. He is also a decent and respectable man unlike Ramsay.
Harry Arryn
Harry is very handsome. He has sandy hair, deep blue eyes, and dimples when he smiles. He looks every inch a young lord-in-waiting: straight as a lance, clean-limbed, and hard with muscle. It is said that Harrold has the look of Jon Arryn in his youth. Petyr Baelish says that a wife of Harry would be the envy of every highborn maiden in the Vale, as well as a few from the riverland and the Reach.
