How many times a week can i eat liver and chicken hearts and how much?
I know that if i eat too much liver i will fucking explode and chicken hearts also have a limit on how many times you can eat them.

one guy on tiktok ate 200 chicken hearts in one sitting so idk mayne :feelshmm:
