Yeah man it sucks. It's really an issue of poverty though. The pilots probably stalled the plane because they were inexperienced. The female co pilot was about to be promoted to captain with 100 hours of flight experience. In Europe you need 3000-6000 hours of experience to be promoted to captain. Those pilots couldn't handle the plane because they were probably noobs because the airline doesn't have the money to employ experienced pilots.
