Im going to be moving out and getting my own place in like 7-8 months, for people that live alone, does it get depressing?
I never had a problem being alone and I have a solid social circle but I mean this is the first time where I wont have my mom barging in my room every few hours to talk about what happened at her job.

Same problem here, good luck finding a house in Rotterdam, it's difficult. You have a registration system and people who have been registrated for 10 years still don't find a house in the city so easily. Strange how things have changed, 30 years ago you could get a place anywhere you wanted.

Public is when the government or local council is your landlord. Usually it’s cheaper and the rent is controlled. Plus after 5 years you can buy your house at a huge discount. For example, if you’ve rented for 10 years you get 30 percent off the price.

Private is privately owned property and they can charge what they like. Usually the properties tend to be nicer.

Good luck trying to get public housing. Everyone wants one.

Tbh that’s what you’re going to get under free market capitalism. The richest get richer and all the property. That’s why there has to be regulation such as limits on how many properties someone can own. It’s ridiculous how there are homeless when people own hundreds of flats.

In my opinion the only found footage horror film that is good is the og Blair witch project. The rest such as paranormal activity etc simply tried to copy it and failed. It was like the exorcist- tastefully done with very little special effects and gore.
