Fucking bullshit, I’m free 2 days a week.

Weekend comes and I got chores to do, bills to pay and gotta rest so I can perform next week. No time to have fun, living like a dog on leash. Entire life revolves around the job, how is this normal

Build up work experience and work harder works for most careers + be intelligent

It's that easy, really

I said I want more free time, you’re saying work harder jfl
Are you not able to think 3 steps ahead?

Work towards getting a back office or administrative job. Many of these positions barely require anything other than a degree in the relevant field.

For example* of you are an engineer, work as a fresh grade, switch companies once you are eligible for senior positions, learn ISO 9001, TMP, NAC/Basic accountancy etc and then apply for higher administrative roles.

This works for most careers with a degree.

If you even do any of these, you'll set yourself apart because most people are like you at this moment ( Working without wanting to move up and expecting things to just change ).

I did the same thing but with a degree in Buisness and Administration.

Now I work 2 days a week, rest of the time is spent barely working from home.

I get what you are saying but I want more free time now when I am in my prime. Not when I am 35 year old and past it

I'm 25 but I got this job at 23

You'll start making money at a senior level, it's not something you work for, it's something you gradually get.
