There is no evidence to suggest minority groups commit significantly more crimes per capita than their white counterparts. Men commit violence and sexual depravity , it is less to do with skin or culture and more to do with the fact men will be men. We have acted as such throughout human history and we will unfortunately continue to do so in perpetuity.
