I have to remind myself every day that I am in a very unique situation in which very, very few people in my country (Netherlands) find themselves in:

Without any family or friends.

I will not compare myself to privileged people who do have family, which brings enormous advantages in life. Advantages which I don't have.

Therefore I must remain calm and positive as I have no social-support network whatsoever either to assist me in my struggles.
