I am writing this thread because I have seen some low iq bullshit about LL. I will give my own knowledge on the subject, please correct me if I am wrong.
The danger of LL is not in the remodeling of bone. A 20cm increase is fine and your bones aren't going to break or some shit. It also wont heighten osteoperosis chance at old age.
The actual danger is the stretching of mucles, tendons and especially neurons. Long term neuron damage can result in loss of motor control, loss of sensation, and pain. These dangers increase with the amount of LL you do proportional to the initial length of the legs. So 3cm will likely not do shit to you, and safety favours the people that are already tall (typical).
Please tell me if I have a gap in my knowledge since I would love to be incorrect about the soft tissue damage.
Video of someone that underwent LL (with foid swooning!): s.
