i'll 8 cm on femur
The max recommended on one bone is 6cm. Otherwise recovery is lower in probability

So you need to move 2cm to the tibia

nah both are needed very long recovery time, i cannot do that mentally. if 8 not possible i will get 6 on femur anyway. i need at least 5

I have convinced myself I am doing it I am just not telling many people in the pslshphere because I can't be bothered with arguing

Yes I can wear lifts and yes I do but 1 inch lifts and 1 inch plus the shoe or boot is about 2 and takes me to just under 5'10

Being a weak 5'8 isn't enough. My actual personality is much bigger than a 5'8 guy can express in day to day society. Esp in the western world. So I need it. I can't be the man I want to be. This isn't about girls.

I'm 5'8 and gonna get LL. I've been wearing lifts since I was 14 and only take them off at home. I think my problem is partly psychological and not fully rational but It doesn't matter because I know that I will feel so much better with more height so surgery is definitely worth it.

Also 5’8” wanting LL, how much lengthening are you looking to get?

no lol max nail length for STRYDE PRECICE is 8cm

and the safety guideline isn't a set amount, its based on how long your bones are. 15-20% limit for reccommended.

this is wrong btw. every doc i encounter said 8cm on femur is quite ok, can be bad more tahn 8.

however there are numerous people who got even more than 8.

It's not psychological it's real

Stature is as important as jawline for men

Don't let anyone tell you that it's OK being less than 5'9 becsuse it's not. No man should be happy with anything below 5'11 tbh

6cm possibly 5.5cm

I am not flexible in the slightest so for one whole year I am stretching like a mofo like crazy. It helps with recovery but also the pain and also getting back to fill range of motion and being able to play intense sport and workout the lower body

Squatting will be more difficult if most go on the femur, at first but then after a while you will be able to squat even more. It will be an uphill battle. Its like trying to learn to play tennis with your weaker hand or trying to learn to write with your weaker hand, but worse.

I was reading the limblengtheing forum the other day and now a days no one is going beyond 6cm

Some surgeons won't even operate beyond. How long you leave the metal rod in there is up to you for other surgeons tho.

I won't go beyond 6cm. 2 inches an 1cm is enough for me anyway. My proportions as a weak 5'8 man won't be able to pull a strong 5'11 off anyway and with lifts and shoes I'll get another 2 inches once I'm a weak 5'10

they say at worst 5-6 months you can go back to your normal life, even can exercise if you choose price stride. have you research about that?

No I don't buy that shit at all

That is at best. Best case scenario. That is being a complete fantasist in my view to think you will just be able to slide back into work after half a year

It will require you to quit your job. Trust me. It will. Unless you are really tight with your boss or self employed.

So you will need not only 30 to 50 thousand pounds for the surgery but also money for the 1.5 years you will be incapable of doing shit for.

I project 2 years for myself. I will need a lot of money for the period in which I am recovering because I won't be working.

This isn't a nose job bruv. You gotta remember that this is THE number one most invasive cosmetic surgery there is. This is your day to day function

You guys actually need to read the blogs of the niggas that do this surgery on the ll forum

Some of them are talking of being in agony, feeling really shitty and depressed and like they wish they had never done this. All during the surgery. Dudes talking of being in pain etc. It will legit be the hardest thing you do and because a lot depends on you after the metal rod is put in you better listen to what is being told because you gotta twist the screw and all this shit. This isn't some nip and tuck job

you will permanently lose athleticism for a few inches of height

i never seen a person got any more months than that to be able to walk normally (with internal methods only, other methods require more)

There's a meme on the LL forum
That if you add 20% height at the expense of 15% athleticism, you'll be faster than before.

Go YouTube niggas that documented their recovery. They are sprinting on athletic tracks and playing sport. It all depends on your commitment to the cause and how much stretching and rehab you do with your surgeon during the rehab phase. That's why don't go to Turkey and pay 20k. Go to somewhere established in South Korea and pay proper money

Oh and few inches of height? Lol. Bruv. Do you know the difference between 5'7-5'8 and 5'10-5'11? That is the biggest jump in smv for a man ever. Granted he's at least a normie

Oh shit that looks absolutely horrendous and terrible

He ran like head injured and he looks absolutely stupid and disabled becsuse his proportions don't go with his height in the slightest. Like it's not even close. He has tiny arms and stupidly long legs

This is what happens when you go over 6cm. You not only look like a real pray but you can't do shit for physical activity

What did he go from and to and how long was this video after surgery?

achievable with lifts. why would you want to break your legs into pieces and pht them back together just for that?

He did 7cm which is very very worrying because he ran like he was injured. I pray this was only a few months post surgery and not something ridiculous like a year

Dude

8 months on 7cm and he's not that old. He's 40s. It wouldn't make a difference if he was 30s or 20s. Why would it explain? Its easy to run down the he's too old path. Bone grows back at any age. What are you saying the bones didn't fill in the gap with strong enough bone? Or the muscle memory is unable to learn new memories becsuse it's now in its 40s? Wtf?

That's not true I am sporty af and always active. I am a massive gym goer and I love paint balling

I don't know if I can do it if this is the recovery after 8 months.

Basic stuff like water skiing on holiday or something. Cycling. It would be fucking impossible
