This simply shows that you have to get double LL. Which you need anyway for noticeable increase in height.Lots of weird results...

There was another photo, but I can't find it right now with a guy with extremely long lower legs after LL, he looked wrong too. Of course if you get double LL, you could still look weird and have a comically small torso and arms.

Only arms look a bit small and his tibias look unusually stretched out and the scars draw attention

That not the example I remember but it's pretty close, the other looked even weirder, the guy was squatting and his legs looked really wrong.
