If the alignment is right. The soft tissues adapt. You should not have lingering problems if done right, specially not arthritis.

I might be going to Parihar, was considering Sarin before but he's a butcher apparently

Sarin is one of the worst choices, he was working with a guy who got 20 cm (Sysop/Apotheosis) and advertised docs as a mercenary business on the old LL forum, Sarin is one of them.

Parihar is one of the best choices, especially considering the cost and he's recommended by Paley and we can be sure he isn't a quack. I'm going to him in a few months. How tall are you to be considering this?

any medical reason or it's just for short people?
at your height the risk isn't worth undertaking
being short is more of a detriment than being tall is a benefit, and 5'11" is "Slightly" tall and it won't provide great benefits to your SMV
you can wear lifts or elevator shoes as well

Im planning on LL from 5’11-6’2.5. Is this advised? Will also need to lengthen clavicles somehow. I want the domineering 6’2 huge framed Tyrone look

People on the 5'9-6'0 are the ones who benefit the most from LL because it takes you out of the average range and put you among the tall people.

2in LL or death!

3.5in is TOO much. Get 2-2.5 and you'll be fine

Ight, have y’all found a way to increase frame besides gym celling?

I'm pretty sure there's a clavicle lengthening surgery, but I believe you can get like 1cm at most, not worth at all, and apparently it's high risk
