You wanna do LL but you dont want to be a cuck?
I have you covered. No wheelies on my watch, just dont be a fat fuck.
Ofc if you are 50kg and you can get 10.7 or 12.5mm nail you can be on crutches even with p2.2
but now lets see the options.
Dr Guichet, Dr Giotikas and Dr Pili offer the G Nail. It is a evolution of the albiza nail.
It is reliable but it comes at a cost. You will have more pain with it due to the twisting movements you have to make to turn the internal mechanical nail.
Also to reversal.
It is fully weight bearing meaning you can walk on it.
Dr Becker has the Betzbone. It mogs the GNAIL but is still mechanical. Also he uses a saw causing bad bone growth. Decent doc but it gets better from here.
It is fully weight bearing meaning you can walk normally on it
Dr Paley and many other surgeons in US, Kanada and some other countries have the PMAX. A fully weightbearing nail. You have to use a magnet control to extend it.
It is very expensive but the best of the best.
Hope for this to go to eu.
Dr Birkholtz and Dr Pariah and Dr Baumgart and many other european surgeons also have the fitbone troch nail for the femur.
It is also very strong and close to weightbearing. You might need to use curtches or a crutch but you can also walk on this depending on your weight.
Best option if you aren loaded in cash.
