i mean people that push it to the extremes like la tremba on tiktok who do 20cm look like they will never walk properly ever again so i get what you mean but ive seen people do 15cm and look fairly normal but regardless 9.5cm which seems to be the upper limit of what you can realistically do on your femurs and it is still a lot of height and after gaining that i probably wouldn’t want to go through the process again so i’ll probably end up just doing that ig i’ve alr thought about it alot

my country average is 175 so even 177 isn’t terrible it’ll put me slightly above the average and you can easily fraud to 6ft from there so maybe i’ll just do the one and fraud the rest

Paley wouldn't do it if it fucked it up. Many of his patients have gotten 5.5 inches and are completely fine
He said he only does up to 5.5 inch because it's the max before recovery isn't gaurenteed

If you have the money you can do 8cm max on femur and max 5cm on tibia anything above is very unsafe and any reputable surgeon won’t do it.

It’s like 70k per surgery and it’s definitely worth it at 169cm and just know that real height is way better than frauded one, because you’ll have to take your lifts off at some point.
