went through a lot of threads especially the best of the best ones, still couldn´t find shit about low danger side profile looksmaxxes, I´m still in uni going to be hopefully a successful engineer and then I´ll defo do a BIMAX, but for now i try to keep it as safe as possible (call me a coward)
Any ideas, got some data already but no detailed thread or anything

jfl i´m not tryna get botched, if i ever get rich i´ll even pay an extra doctor just to watch the other one in case he does a mistake or something gets messy, shouldn´t do surgeries unless you got the money for revision surgeries...

high danger is anything involving research chemicals and extreme diy techniques, low danger are things scientifically proven to be true with little to no side effects. ( any help or a thread you like?

Orthodontics (if needed)
Surgery (low-risk technically)
Raising your hyoid bone

Besides those three improving your side profile past puberty is completely impossible without using what you consider “high” danger methods

I completely agree, just because you need a revision doesn’t mean you had a “bad” surgery or you were even botched for that matter
