I’ve seen a lot of Latino DNA results, the euro ancestry is like 40-70% and the native ancestry is like 20-30%, the African ancestry is usually 1-7%, and Ashkenazi Jew ancestry is 1-3%. I looked it up online and it said E1b1b that it originated East Africa, but others said in the Levant, and that it’s a Semitic haplogroup, so if it’s Semitic, I’m not sure if it’s spread by Arabs or Jews. He did score some minor ancient Levant ancestry and some minor ancient Ethiopian ancestry so I’m a bit puzzled about this. Maybe there was a back-migration. I don’t know. AncestryDNA, on the other hand, doesn’t misread anything. If it says you’ve got 1% European, then you do have 1% European. But when 23andme says so, then you don’t. LivingDNA is also inaccurate, but at least they provide you with deeper subclades than 23andme does. LivingDNA is a good one for Africans, though, since they list a bunch of African ethnicities, unlike 23andme and AncestryDNA, so if you’re interested in taking it in the future (or your sister, or any other relative), then look into LivingDNA. Ahh, okay, I don’t know much about West African Y-DNA, I do know there’s some A to be found in the continent (the earliest haplogroup for Homo Sapiens). Every gl guy you see does though. I enjoy being complemented on it. Before I go clubs or parties I go on a carb detox for a week then I go and I get complemented. I’m naturally bloated cos high BF so it held a long way honestly. Weight loss is really taxing on my brain it’s really tough man

Eating 3k calories daily is so fucking easy I measure everything and still end up at 3k I just burn around 1.2k daily walking and exercising and I still end in a deficit Highest I ever got was 3k burnt in one day .

I personally do suspect that most men do skincare, they just won’t tell you about it because it’s pretty much taboo to admit you put some kind of effort into your looks. Toxic masculinity as the dear feminists call it, lol. Speaking of weight loss, it’s about time I start my weight loss journey again. I just weighed now earlier and I was 86.6 KG. My best friend is currently on a break, but when he returns, I’m going to join his gym and he’s going to create a workout plan for me. It’s his passion, and he loves helping people. The main reason for me is not building muscle but to lose weight, I’m so sick and tired of dieting; I’ve done it on and off and now I’m done with doing just dieting. Incorporating workouts will quicken the process. I plan on quitting the gym once I reach my goals, or I’ll go less often than in the beginning so I can maintain, but I’m not sure. Yes, you guys are more low inhib and that’s what helps getting women. Unfortunately my best friend isn’t as low inhib, and along with this, he’s also very nice, and women get turned off by that. They’re initially attracted to him because of his phenotype/physique (he’s black-passing, doesn’t really look mixed… excuse the pornbrain but google Jason Luv, that’s what he looks like), but then they get turned off when they get to know him. He isn’t what he looks like, that’s the biggest problem. It’s true that there are fewer mulattos than darkskins but I was speaking from my own experience living here in The Netherlands. I still think they prefer darkskins because they associate it with masculinity/low inhib.
