If you are microdosing daily 5 to 10mg u aint gonna be super hard all the time it just helps you get hard when you are aroused.
So I guess it doesnt happen a ton more than w/o it and I wear baggy joggers.

Average does im guessing we are talking 10 to 20mg
First of all, it depends on how much is left in your body when you wake up, cialis' half life is 17.5h
It never really hurts for me just in the morning im hard for like twice as long
