Yeah i am 5’6” brutal but i plan on expanding my palate and working on rotation. Don’t know if i should dye the hair darker or not

when you want to find a gf just approach enough women and maybe find some through a social circle its maybe easier but should be managable with your looks. but regarding your looks. i dont think dying your hair will make your significantly more atractive. just get to 10-12% bodyfat

I think you are right i got on reta about a week ago as i am sitting at about 18% right now and im trying to get down to 12%. I wanna grow a goatee to fraud slightly in hopes to help my bottom half.

it wont help your bottom third. i would even get rid of the beard completely. bodyfat is so important it is by far the best softmaxx you can do. and have to do before even thinking abt hardmaxxing.

I'd recommend you get your eyebrows thickened with Minoxidil and generally go for a full Softmax treatment. I'd also increase your testosterone levels and use an injection.
