your brain is basically like a pc. the bulk of your brain is like the operating system. the frontal lobe is everything you proceeded to download like google chrome, gta V, spotify etc. a lobotomy is basically like getting a factory reset and then reinstalling windows completely. you get a fresh start. the thing is though you can’t ever “download” new content on your brain after a lobotomy, but you still get the essentials like solitaire, internet explorer, recycle bin etc
