Local surgeon all in one or Ramieri maxxing??

So I’ve consulted with Ram twice now

And the conclusion we’ve reached twice over is that saddled infras + basic genio (with advancement, downgrafting, mentolabial fold smoothing, and a wider osteotomy cut - Ram does NOT perform split widening genio anymore due to commonly observed patient complications) would be ideal ROI for my case

However, I am completely and utterly cucked by my job. I have only TWO, I repeat TWO, 1 week windows to get and recover from surgery between now and next summer (in which I have 3 months off from my draconian trades night schooling + full time day job career path, repeatedly, until summer 2029 onwards)

So, given the fact I’d have to fly to Europe from the good ol’ heartland of the US of A, and stay there for a while, I wouldn’t realistically, safely, be able to get surgery until next summer at the earliest


Now, given various user input from this forum, I’ve been properly scared off of infras altogether due to the high risk of expensive ass complications (likely implant show, infection, improper placement and/or sizing or design, and the worst of all - the accelerated aging effect of inescapable midface degloving leading to midface sagging requiring an early-life face lift to address)

So all I’m left with w Ram is a basic genio. Something I could get anywhere, even conceivably in my own local hometown

So after days of autistic research I have finally found a surgeon willing to consider genio for my case within my own backyard. As well as lip lift and periorbital fat grafting (the other two surgeries besides HT to correct a nw2 [which I can trivially fraud nw0 with a curly fringe so isn’t a priority], both of which I believe is very high ROI for my case) all within the same op (or spread out if need be)

I scheduled a consult with them for August. I could potentially get surgery with them as soon as this November or December.

So what say you, oh wise sages of org? Should I stick with the Italian avenger, or roll the dice with a no name local surgeon???

Either way, by June 2027 I fully intend to stop larping and get a fucking surgery under my belt. Papa Bless

I'd say good plan if the surgeon in USA is actually good.

if the surgeon has good before and after and seems competent when you talk to him then 100% go with local.

I don’t think it’s worth the extra time, money, and waiting for a genio (I’ve also heard that the italian big 3 don’t even have that good of genio results).
