Some studies in animal only models suggest that high dose steriods might cause minor remolding in the face or changes inside of the cranifacial dimensions after growth plate closure. If you really want to follow the androgenic way and try and reshape your adult bone hop on gear or else pray to gandy those growth plates have closed and your in the slums of your tanner stage
