I'm not talking about geomaxxxing.
I'm talking about moving to another destination within the same country. Leaving your hometown, immediate social circle and moving to a completely new city.
Most people do this one they go to university. Some may do it when they get their first job - but move out with other people so it's easier to connect with others.
However if you're doing this by your own, moving to a completely new city. Then good fucking luck. I've done this like five times since leaving University with 0 friends. I couldn't find a job because my hometown is a dead ghost town, my social circle, friends and family are. Instead I've been to about 5 different cities all with the same dead end conclusion.
We always read about how people go to the city to enjoy life. But most of you guys here I assume were born in one. You didn't have to move anywhere. For those who have to relocate, it becomes a make-or-break decision. It can completely destroy you, or give you a new lease on life.
