Ate Crumbl every day and stopped lifting during school. I couldn't let myself go and started aggressively cutting for 5 weeks so far in a 1000 calorie deficit and fasting occasionally with stair master daily. The plan is to reach 6% BF as a new base to lean bulk from, I never want to be above 13% BF again...

Nah the clavicles got me the worst, I’m 6 foot so I’m happy with height. Definitely depressed by shoulder to waist ratio.

200g of protein, and 4 day per week push/pull/legs+arms/push+pull. Just train with intensity on each lift.

6%? Like that is perfect bro, and no it’s not a blupilled statement that I mean “your perfect the way you are” but I mean you will only look worse facially when cutting more.

Appreciate it bro, but I want to have a good base body fat to bulk from.

As a natural gaining body fat is inevitable when bulking and I see too many people start bulk from 12-14% and reach 20% looking like 💩. Being at 6% and lean bulking gives me leeway where even if I gained too much fat I’ll be at 13% bf max with 10lbs more muscle 🤞.

Also as long as your water retention is good you won’t have a loss of appeal facially at low BF, but my eye area appeal usually takes a hit at lower BF tbh. I also may compete for fun and start coaching others, so I’m kind of a gym cell lol.

Anyways I appreciate it brother.

I swear being too muscular makes you look shorter and fucks your proportions. Many skinny fashion YouTubers I thought were like 6ft were actually 5'8 but look elongated from being thin and many fitness YouTubers I thought were 5'8 were actually 6ft but looked stubby

Shorter guys fill there frame easier so if a guy is 6 foot and filled his frame it’s easier to assume he’s shorter 🤷‍♂️ but when your frame sucks (like mine) you have no other choice but to fill it.

you look 5'6 for some reason JFL, probs because of hand lenght, could you please measure your wingspan for research pupposes, got really interesting. I am 5'10-5'11 perosnally and got 6'2-6'3 wingspan, looked like ape whole life, you seem to have the opposite.

physique looks good, so face is. do you get more women attention now?
 
I just measured, and my wingspan is 6'2" lol, but my hands are really small. I think my torso is actually longer than it looks, and my legs should theoretically be shorter(femurs), as my skeletal structure was built for squatting; my max was 500lbs as a natty.

To be honest, I don't talk to women and don't care about women lol, but I do get approached and hit on from time to time in the gym or out in the grocery store, especially after I hair/beard maxxed, women think I'm older. Im not trying to be cocky, I care for a long term relationship with biblical values and I am not in the season for that. For me, currently, looks are about leveraging them for status and charisma as an entrepreneur and business owner. I'll close clients in the gym or golf course just by networking lol.

How many sets reps and exercises per muscle/day?
 
I am a firm believer in instensity>volume, especially during a cut and being natural.

You want to keep intensity high while avoiding injury, so I will do around 5-8 sets to failure per muscle group per week. Doing higher reps (8- 15 reps) also makes you less injury-prone. This gives your body the proper stimulus to preserve its muscle while also taking into consideration that your recovery isn't optimal and your tendons and ligaments are weaker.

For bulking, in short I will up the volume a bit and do a lower rep count (5-10 reps). But that is more strength focused and I would have to go into RPE & RIR, CNS priming/recovery, etc, to explain my programming for that.

Keep it simple: high-intensity muscle for stimulus, not too much volume, don't get injured, and focus on recovery.
