Genio or trimax, depending on what works best in my case. Both seem promising and the difference in morphs are astounding. Stable HTN just from trimax alone, with all other softmaxxing and a few smaller surgeries, I'm almost afraid of what I might achieve, goosebumps just thinking about it.
