Locking in

Since I descended to mtn im gonna lock in I will post a progress pic in september to see if 1 month and a half can make me ascend back to prime hope so.
I will never cheat on the diet anymore and sleep well hittite the gym 4x a week and getting sun exposure.
I will not post on this forum until september after this thread I really need to focus on myself because im insecure asf (holy cortisone spike).
Wish you guys all luck for ascending see you in september if I didn't roped before.

What was your prime

I was mid htn in my prime but got wisdom teeth operation.
Then
I got bloated started feeling insecure and cheated on the diet not sleeping...
That just decended me even more
