The last post I have up was about how disgustingly obese I used to be, Posted it about over a year ago and cut my body % by more than a half and finally grew bones. If any of yall want the sauce I got it but on some real shit I want to report back-

I got more girls when I looked disgusting and made myself believe I looked better than the majority, I look unrecognizable now but im awkward as fuck and I can’t talk to girls anymore- my ego’s completely shot and my confidence is too.

Once you make progress and look back at how unaware you used to be it completely shifts your perspective on people and yourself.
