to make my situation more pathetic, I'm a mesomorph (if that's not broscience) and can change my body very easily (for better or worse). i don't even need some extreme regimes, just regulated food intake and some moderate physical activity.

Has your acne stopped, only scars left? Maybe CO2 laser or other similar treatment may help.
