Mewing is good for you but not cuz it changes your bone structure. Cuz that’s just retarded.

mewing actively raises your hyoid which leads to a better looking submental area. The Submental are is the most important part to a good jawline.

besides that, mewing afaik should be the normal tongue position anyways. (Ortho said this)

if it wasn’t your resting position already then mewing will train the submental muscles which will probably result in a better submental as well.

I have no study to back up that last claim but it seems logical to me.
