A pull-up bar + neutral grip is such a ridiculously good fitness investment tbh. Got one for like 30$ a few months ago and use it daily. Lats are finally starting to widen a lot.

Lol at normies not doing them, pull ups are the ultimate exercise. Combined with others you will be a stronger mf. Vocel if you don't.

One of my favorite exercises for sure. Been doing em for years. My best PR was 6 or 7 pullups in a row with an added 75 lbs hanging off the chain belt

Ive been doing weighted pull up negatives, the slow contractions feel orgasmic.

I indeed am doing them.

I have to calisthenics maxx now that I don't have access to the gym.

indeed they are a great back builder. Hit them 3 times a week on a pull day alongside muscle ups.

I also do some weighted chin ups to get some biceps work done since I don't have any dumbells
 
IKR lol. A strong pull-up will explode back width and fillout shirts like crazy if you don’t have subhuman genetics for back.
Strong pull-up=big back for natty lifters
