I was laying on my bed and my parents called me in for the lunch,I stood up and when I approached the table everything was spinning and my vision was black,I was barely standing to the point where I need to hold myself on the chair just to avoid blacking out
It was crazy,everything was spinning and I felt weak as shit
It only lasted 5-10 seconds tho

Its just a sudden change in pressure and blood flow from your body's position causing temporary low blood pressure
