Niggas say that you should train for 3+ years before roiding
Niggas say you should just dose sarms if you want a PED as a beginner
Niggas fear monger hard af about gyno and the endocrine system
All of this advice is useless af. If someone is interested in roiding, none of this will stop them. Nor is any of this info even useful.
If you want to shill for being natty, the last thing you should recommend is sarms. If you’re against roids, then you should be against sarms too.
Sarms also have a suppressive effect and are throughly un-researched when compared to front-line steroids like Test E. If anything you’re better off running a basic, moderately dosed test cycle.
Gyno can be avoided with estrogen blockers. Do pre-cycle bloodwork and blood work on cycle, then dose an aromatase inhibitor like aromasin or arimidex in accordance to your E2 levels.
The Endocrine system can easily be restored with HCG, reasonable cycle lengths and a well planned PCT in general.
If you BnC for many years in a row, your endocrine system will likely be fucked up, sure. But to imply that your endocrine system will be perma-fried after a basic 12-16 week run of test E is MSM tier fear-mongering that is not based in reason.
This whole “you need to lift for x amount of time before roiding” is completely arbitrary. Some people say 2, some people say 3, some people say 5, some people even say you need to spend a solid decade of lifting before looking towards juicing.
All of this is retard tier rambling based on personal biases. There’s no evidence to back any number thrown out apart from the undetermined amount of time it takes to learn proper form, a proper diet plan and a proper exercise plan.
Which can take a few weeks, or a few months, or a few years. There’s no range of time that applies universally for everybody.
Note: You can severely limit your chances of developing gyno if you avoid oral steroids, especially ones like dianabol, which are notorious for raising E2 levels.
You can also severely limit your chances of developing gyno and a perma-fucked endocrine system if you avoid steroids like Trenbolone.
Doing your OWN research is key.
