I need very little social interaction too. It's probably a trait that has developed on people whose ancestors have lived in solitary and loneliness. I recall you being Icelandic, so that could explain it.

I also need little social interaction. Even when I had friends I could just stay home for days playing video games because I enjoyed it and I’d rarely get lonely. I also care little for social status; never tried to social media maxx, try get tons of followers, etc, even when I used to be more social and outgoing as a kid. I have rotted alone a lot since I began middle school in 2014 and still I’m not insane. The dophamine I get through social interaction is also heavily fulfilled through internet. Everyone needs social fulfillment and validation, but maybe not as much as people say or women need, especially if seclusion is something you are used to. The only reason I would feel bad about being a loner is because it’s a huge turn off for women, which again pisses me of, because I don’t care as much for social validation as they do.
