Short hair.

Long hair is such a chore to maintain, style and take care of. I used to have very long hair around a month ago (like 8-10 inches), this summer I got a buzzcut and I've never felt better.

Depends how the length is distributed, but if it's over 6+ inches all around I'd say that's long hair.

If it's done right, no. Like a middle part with nice, defined curly/wavy hair would look pretty good, but straight hair not so much.

It really depends on the face card and other physical aspects, for example, Chico Lachowiski is really good looking with short hair, and Jordan Barret is really good looking with long hair, but overall, long hair if you take good care of it
