Softmaxxing wise you can't really fix it but you can manipulate perception of it or compensate for it like a long midface isn't dimorphic and disharmonious but you can certainly compensate more for the dimo and manipulate perception of it,

so, adding bulk to the sides of your hair to make it seem like ur face isn't so long, covering up the top third would be good since it would make your TFWHR seem more ideal

You can try various ways of gaining some dimo since having a long midface and bad fwhr is not dimorphic for males, and dimo is

one of the most important indicators females use for short term sex, so you can be buff, train neck, train masseters, seems like

ur tall just basing off the fhwr, if you are then thats already dimo,

Maybe use a test cycle to help with all the soft tissue changes which would be dimorphic, like with your body, neck, masseters, facial hair, voice box

Misc is already good too

Nothing you can do to fix without surgery
