If someone has a slightly long midface and I mean to the point where it doesn’t complete fuck them, would getting zygomatic and gonial implants save them as it’s giving them a wider appearance. Essentially giving them a tall skull rather than a horse face?

Zygo implants maybe. It would increase your fwhr which gives the illusion of wider face but you would still look ogre. Only get gonial implants if the zygo implants fuck up your bizygo-bigonial ratio.

big enought implants yes they would make long-height face ratio better
